Higher yield value and healthier work conditions with dryer dust management
Antti provides solutions for efficient package dryer and Stand Alone dryer dust management. The Antti dust management system includes several products that remove dust and debris from the dryer. These products can efficiently be used together as a comprehensive solution or installed separately.
The Antti Pre-Cleaner, Antti Dustex and Cyclone dust management products can be connected to an existing system or purchased in conjunction with a new Antti dryer. Dust extraction can also be added to the elevator to improve the final product – even at the filling phase of the element silo system. The environment around the dryer stays clean when the dust management system is supplemented with a spacious dust container, which collects the trash and dust created by the dryer's dust removal in one place.
In addition, dust management can be combined with drying automation, in which case the grain drying control system also controls the dust extraction. Dust management that is connected to automation can be added to the Ultima and Optima 2.0 systems.
