Drying silo increases intake capacity and grain storage
Antti is now introducing to the market a drying silo that combines the domestic Iso-Antti silo with a top-quality mixing system. With the drying silo, you can increase your grain drying capacity and conveniently produce uniform feed mixtures. This new product is perfectly suited, for example, to livestock farms where large amounts of self-produced feed are needed.
Final drying is now done in the drying silo
The drying silo is designed to work as a companion to the grain dryer, since the moisture content of the grain transferred into the drying silo can be a maximum of 25%. The outer shell of the drying silo is an Iso-Antti silo made of special steel. The roof is equipped with rafters, ensuring that winter snow loads do not cause problems.
Grain is transferred from the dryer into the drying silo via a grain spreader. In the silo, a fan directs air through the ventilation floor. The mixing system keeps the grain mass in motion. Excess moisture is removed from the silo through ducts located on the roof. A heat source similar to a radiator can be added to the fan to enhance the final drying process.

The heart of the drying silo is the mixing system. Thanks to it, air penetrates the thick grain layer and the grain is evenly mixed. Automatic convenience
Antti’s drying silo mixing system operates automatically. From the clear touchscreen control panel, the desired moisture percentage is selected and the automation takes care of the rest. The system includes three augers equipped with sensors and electric motors, ensuring that the grain mass is mixed and dried efficiently and remains consistently high-quality – grain storage is safe in the long term.
Prepare feed mixtures conveniently
With the drying silo, you can also conveniently mix different grain types together. Since the modern dryer cleans grain of impurities, you can use the drying silo to produce high-quality, uniform feed yourself to meet the needs of your livestock farm.
