There are several options for managing dust in package dryers
The dust management of an Antti package dryer can be implemented through a variety of options. The Antti Pre-Cleaner, Antti Dustex and Cyclone dust management products can be connected to an existing system or purchased in conjunction with a new Antti package dryer. Our latest innovation, the Antti Dustex dust extraction system is the result of active product development and designed together with our customers. The Dustex dust cutter is installed to the axial fan.
Dust extraction of the elevator is possible with a connecting dust vacuum installed between the elevator pipes.
The dust extraction of the element silo systems is organised by adding fixed piping to each silo and by connecting 1–2 vacuums per silo.
Pre-Cleaner, Dustex and Cyclone work together in three stages:
- First – Pre-Cleaner extracts dust before drying
- During drying – Dustex removes grain husks and dust that pass through the axial fan of the dryer
- Finally – Cyclone separates the accumulated dust for clearing
- You can use Pre-Cleaner and Cyclone together or add Dustex to the package to make your dust management even better.
