Dust mana­ge­ment pro­ducts for dryers

Ant­ti pro­vi­des solu­tions for efficient pac­ka­ge dryer and Stand Alo­ne dryer dust mana­ge­ment. The Ant­ti dust mana­ge­ment sys­tem inclu­des seve­ral pro­ducts that remo­ve dust and debris from the dryer. The­se pro­ducts can efficient­ly be used toget­her as a compre­hen­si­ve solu­tion or ins­tal­led sepa­ra­te­ly.

The Ant­ti Pre-Clea­ner, Ant­ti Dus­tex and Cyclo­ne dust mana­ge­ment pro­ducts can be con­nec­ted to an exis­ting sys­tem or purc­ha­sed in con­junc­tion with a new Ant­ti dryer. Dust ext­rac­tion can also be added to the ele­va­tor to impro­ve the final pro­duct – even at the fil­ling pha­se of the ele­ment silo sys­tem. The envi­ron­ment around the dryer stays clean when the dust mana­ge­ment sys­tem is supple­men­ted with a spacious dust con­tai­ner, which col­lects the trash and dust crea­ted by the dryer’s dust remo­val in one place.

In addi­tion, dust mana­ge­ment can be com­bi­ned with drying auto­ma­tion, in which case the grain drying cont­rol sys­tem also cont­rols the dust ext­rac­tion. Dust mana­ge­ment that is con­nec­ted to auto­ma­tion can be added to the Ulti­ma and Opti­ma 2.0 sys­tems.
