AUTOMATING GRAIN DRYING IS THE SOLUTION OF THE DAY

You can order the Ant­ti dryer with eit­her the Opti­ma 2.0 or Ulti­ma cont­rol sys­tem. Opti­ma 2.0, a new and more modern ver­sion of long-used Opti­ma has recent­ly been relea­sed. It makes remo­te moni­to­ring of grain drying avai­lable to more and more far­mers.

Ulti­ma, which is more ver­sa­ti­le in terms of its fea­tu­res, is best sui­ted for use on lar­ger grain farms. The­re are two options avai­lable for Ulti­ma: Ulti­ma and Ulti­ma Pro. Ulti­ma inclu­des real-time mois­tu­re mea­su­re­ment and, in addi­tion to Ulti­ma Pro­ho, an elect­ro­nic silo and batch log­ging, so that the con­tents of the silos can be bet­ter cont­rol­led.

Cont­rol the ope­ra­tion from the dryer or remo­te­ly from whe­re­ver you want

With both sys­tems, you can cont­rol drying eit­her from the dryer’s cont­rol panel or even from the screen of your smartp­ho­ne. Auto­ma­ted and remo­te­ly moni­to­red Ant­ti dryers reduce the need to visit the dryer during the otherwi­se hec­tic har­vest sea­son. The high degree of auto­ma­tion makes grain drying easy: the load tip­ped into the hop­per is trans­por­ted through drying to the selec­ted sto­ra­ge silo.

One of the good aspects of remo­te moni­to­ring sys­tems is that Ant­ti’s main­te­nance recei­ves infor­ma­tion about the ope­ra­tion of the dryer, which means that the cause of a pos­sible mal­func­tion can often be loca­ted and the mal­func­tion can be ack­now­led­ged even befo­re the ser­vice truck starts.
