Contributing to the agricultural community

As a family business rooted in agricultural production, we understand the challenges and joys experienced by farmers. Our commitment to supporting agricultural producers goes beyond offering reliable products.

We actively engage with the farming community, providing assistance and expertise throughout the entire procurement process. By fostering strong relationships and collaboration, we contribute to the growth and success of not only Finnish farmers but also of our customer farmers around Europe.

Antti Academy

Antti Academy is a great initiative that contributes to sustainability in the agricultural industry. By providing training and advice on how to operate and maintain the dryer efficiently, farmers can maximize their use of the equipment and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

The academy educates farmers on best practices for construction, installation, and maintenance of the dryer, ensuring that it functions properly and has a longer life span. This emphasis on proper use and maintenance helps to reduce the environmental impact of dryer production and usage.

Our commitment to educating farmers ensures that future generations of farmers will learn how to operate and maintain the dryer in the most sustainable and efficient way possible.

Contributing to our own local community

At Antti, we take great pride in our role as a big employer in a Finnish country town. We recognize the importance of actively supporting and being involved in the local community.

That’s why we have made it a priority to invest in initiatives that benefit the community we call home. One of the ways we contribute is by actively supporting local sports clubs. We firmly believe in the power of sports to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, so we provide financial contributions, sponsorships, and volunteer our time to ensure these clubs thrive. By doing so, we not only support the growth and success of these clubs but also provide opportunities for community members, particularly the youth, to engage in sports and develop important life skills.

In addition to our support for sports, we are dedicated to educating the next generation of farmers. We have partnered with local schools to share our expertise, resources, and practical knowledge with students who are interested in pursuing careers in agriculture.

Through these partnerships, we aim to equip students with the necessary skills and understanding to succeed in the agricultural industry. Our commitment to supporting local sports clubs and educating future farmers exemplifies our dedication to the growth and well-being of the local community. By actively engaging and contributing, we strive to make a positive impact on both present and future generations.

Collaborating with educational and research institutions

At Antti, we firmly believe in the power of collaboration and staying at the forefront of innovation. That’s why we actively partner with universities for research projects and willingly participate in EU-level programs when the need arises. By engaging with universities, we are able to tap into the collective knowledge and expertise of researchers and students, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Simultaneously, our involvement in EU-level programs ensures that we stay informed about the latest regulations, policies, and initiatives that may impact our business. This proactive engagement allows us to better serve our customers, promote sustainable practices, and contribute to the broader agricultural community.

This collaborative approach not only ensures that we stay up to date with the latest advancements but also allows us to contribute our expertise to the broader agricultural community.
