Stand-alone dryer cuts costs by 30%
A Stand-alone dryer is a smart solution for grain processing. By constructing a separate dryer and round storage silos, we can cut investment costs by about 30% compared to a package dryer. The set-up time for the cladded dryer and silos is short, and establishment costs are low.
Batch drying is also suitable for damper grain
The Antti Stand-alone dryer uses the Mixflo batch drying technology, in which the grain in dried and circulated through the machinery in batches. It is a reliable and easy way to dry grain.
Batch drying is better capable of processing damper grain than the continuous method of drying. Other benefits include fast processing speeds, without overheating the grain. You can harvest your crops when you want. The dried grain is high-quality grain and thus commands higher prices.
The mixflo benefits
The heater and conveyor system, actually the whole dryer works with batches, that are recirculated through the system. The greatest benefit is that you can dry more humid grain than a traditional dryer could handle. Another benefit is the speed while still avoiding overheating the grain. This means that you can harvest when it suits you and produce better quality of grain regardless of the weather conditions. As we all know better quality brings higher profits.
Antti mixflo does all this while saving energy and handling more humid grain. You will be producing profitably, faster and get your grain on the market quicker than with any other solution.
How does the batch drying work
The Antti mixflo batch dryer circulates the grain, regardless of humidity continuously through the elements drying and then equalizing the humidity at the top, again and again until the grain is completely dry. After grain is dried it needs to be cooled. Antti control system turns on cooling phase automatically -without extra labour.
Due to the advanced Antti mixflo system you can dry your grain when you want to, disregarding the weather conditions. All this with out pre drying in the field and the risking losses, due to weather, mildew or diminished quality, while having moist grain waiting in a silo or a trailer.
